Balsamic Vinegar originating in Italy this ia a dark concentrated vinegar made from grape must and aged for varying years, in a series (smaller sizes) of oak barrels. Traditionally there are two main Italian provinces producing this vinegar Modena and Emilia and surrounding areas.
