Pecorino Cheese

Pecorino Cheese is a hard style of cheese made from sheep’s (ewes) milk, and originates from Italy. With the addition of peppercorns, and in some cases chili flakes the same cheese takes on a new flavour, and is called Pepato, originating from Southern Italy.
