Chanterelle

The Chanterelle Fungus usually prefers the colder climates common in northern Europe, & North America, including Asia, and the Himalayas. Chanterelles tend to grow in forests, and in mountainous areas.
Chanterelles have been use as a culinary ingredient for hundreds of years, and has gained recognition as a culinary delicacy as they were comonly found on th etables of the nobility and well to do.
