Immersion Circulator is an electronic heating device which circulates heats evenly throughout a liquid (usually water) to keep a accurate and stable temperature. The cooking process is known as Sous Vide cooking, which required food items to be vacuum sealed within plastic bags and cooked for a period of time at a set, stable, temperature.
