Feta Cheese

Feta Cheese is a brine cured (marinated) cheese originating, it is said from Crete in Greece. Traditionally made from either goat or sheep’s milk, it is the perfect cheese to be eaten by itself. Usually found as a block, this cheese has a crumbly texture, and can be used for salads and topping on such food items as pizzas and certain pastries.
