Kakadu Plum

Kakadu Plum is an Australian native fruit found in the subtropical regions of Western Australia and the Northern Territory. The fruit is small and when ripe has a greenish, yellow colour. The taste is extremely bitter, and tart, though has an aroma of stewed fruits. It is high in antioxidants, essential minerals, vitamin E, lutein, and folate. THis fruit also has a high content of vitamin C.
