Pomelo

Pomelo is a large citrus fruit native to southern and south east Asia, it has a thick skin that reduces the area size of the inside fruit. The fruit is sweet and similar in taste to the grapefruit, and is popular in a variety of cuisines. The skin is also highly sort after and use in marmalades and to be candied.
