White Snow Mushrooms

Snow Mushrooms are white in colour with tinges of yellow at the base, frilly in appearance as you might imagine seaweed to be. Also known as monkey brains or cauliflower fungus, has a nutty flavour and is crunchy in texture, Fantastic in soups, stir fries, and vegetarian dishes.
