Strawberry Compote

Strawberry Compote


  • 500 gm            Strawberry, hulled & quartered
  • 150 gm            Honey
  • 50 ml              Water
  • 50 ml               Sherry Vinegar


  • Add the strawberries, water, and honey to a deep pot.

  • Bring to a soft boil, then reduce to a simmer, allow to cook for 2 minutes.

  • Add the vinegar, and remove from the heat, allow to cool.
