Banana & Kiwi Smoothie


  • 2           Bananas, peeled & diced.
  • 3           Kiwi Fruit, peeled & diced
  • 50g      Wheat germ
  • 400m Milk (skim, whole, or Soy)
  • 80g     Yoghurt
  • 1tbs     Honey


  • Place the bananas, kiwi, wheat germ, milk & yoghurt into a blender.
  • Make sure to seal the lid on, then blend till you get a smooth liquid.
  • Now add the honey, blend again (with the lid on of course).
  • Throw some of the nuts on top, if you like them too.
  • Now drink, and watch out for those moustaches!
