Banana & Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Bananas, peeled & diced.
3 Kiwi Fruit, peeled & diced
50g Wheat germ
400m Milk (skim, whole, or Soy)
80g Yoghurt
1tbs Honey
Method
Place the bananas, kiwi, wheat germ, milk & yoghurt into a blender.
Make sure to seal the lid on, then blend till you get a smooth liquid.
Now add the honey, blend again (with the lid on of course).
Throw some of the nuts on top, if you like them too.
Now drink, and watch out for those moustaches!
