Ingredients

Ceviche
  • Kingfish Fillet, cleaned
  • Lime Juice
  • Chili Red & Green, cliced
  • Coriander leaves, picked & washed
Dressing
  • Celery
  • Chili
  • Coriander leaf
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
 

Method

Dressing

Blend all of the ingredients into a  smooth paste with either an immersion blender or a thermomix or something similar, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ceviche

Arrange the slices of fish on a plate or platter, top with the dressing. Sprinkle with lime juice, and garnish with chili slices both red and green, and the coriander leaves.
