• 4       Minute steaks, preferably sirloin.
  • 4       Ciabatta rolls, cut in half.
  • 20m Olive oil
  • 2       Brown Onions, sliced fine.
  • 2       Tomatoes, sliced.
  •          Cos Lettuce
  •          Mustard or Mayonnaise.


  • Heat the oil in a heavy pan, then fry off the onions till golden brown, then remove from the pan and allow to cool.
  • Fry off the steaks for only 1 minute each side, remember to salt and pepper though, before it gets to the pan.
  • Spread the condiment on the lid of the ciabatta, then add the lettuce and tomato.
  • Put the steak on top and finish with the onions.
  • Now Eat!
