No Egg Mayonnaise


  • 300 ml             Soy Milk
  • 700 ml             Vegetable Oil
  • 50 gm               Dijon Mustard
  •                           Salt


  • Add the liquids together, including the mustard,  and a pinch of salt.

  • Sheer the liquids with an immersion blender, begin slowly, with the blade on the bottom.

  • You will notice the liquid emulsifying, increase the speed, until fully incorporated, and you have reached the desired consistency.
