Healthy Lamb Burger G.S.C.


  • A sourdough Roll (spread with Tzatziki dip)
  • Roast Lamb pieces
  • Feta Cheese (cut into cubes)
  • Spinach Leaves
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Salt & Pepper (To Taste)


  1. Slice the bun and spread generously with tatziki dip.
  2. Add several slices of roast lamb (Still hot from the Oven)
  3. Add the feta cheese on top of the lamb slices.
  4. Add the spinach leaves and tomato.
  5. Place the bun on top.

And there you have it... A healthy Lamb Burger. ENJOY!!
