Salad Pops


  • 1            Cherry Tomato, Halved
  • ½         Bocconcini, cheese
  • 1           Basil Leaf
  • 1           Bamboo Skewer
  • 20ml   Sauce Ravigote, in spray bottle


  • Skewer one half of the tomato first.

  • Then a leaf of Basil.

  • Followed by the cheese, then the second leaf of Basil.

  • Finish off with the other half of the tomato, ensuring it is all tight together and at the top end of the skewer.

  • Spray with a generous serve of the sauce (vinegar, oil, mustard)
