Scrambled Eggs Dairy Maid Style

6 Eggs
50m Cream
50g Emmenthal cheese, grated
5g Chervil, chopped fine
5g Chives, chopped fine
5g Italian Parsley, chopped fine
Salt & Pepper
Method
Heat a pan on the stove, with the addition of a little olive oil.
Whisk the eggs, & the herbs till well incorporated.
Add the eggs mixture, and cook gently, continuously stirring until the eggs have set lightly, remove from the heat.
Add the cream at this point if you prefer, and the cheese, season to taste, and mix in well.
