Scrambled Eggs Dairy Maid Style


  • 6       Eggs
  • 50m Cream
  • 50g  Emmenthal cheese, grated
  • 5g     Chervil, chopped fine
  • 5g     Chives, chopped fine
  • 5g     Italian Parsley, chopped fine
  •          Salt & Pepper


  • Heat a pan on the stove, with the addition of a little olive oil.
  • Whisk the eggs, & the herbs till well incorporated.
  • Add the eggs mixture, and cook gently, continuously stirring until the eggs have set lightly, remove from the heat.
  • Add the cream at this point if you prefer, and the cheese, season to taste, and mix in well.
