500g Lentils, soaked & cooked, or canned (drained)
1tsp Coriander seeds, toasted
1tsp Fennel seeds, toasted
1 Garlic clove.
1 Lemon, juice.
180g Tahini paste.
Salt & Pepper
Method
Blend together the seeds into a fine powder
Add all the ingredients into a blender, and smash to a fine paste.
Season to taste.
