Spiced Lentil Dip


  • 500g Lentils, soaked & cooked, or canned (drained)
  • 1tsp  Coriander seeds, toasted
  • 1tsp  Fennel seeds, toasted
  • 1        Garlic clove.
  • 1        Lemon, juice.
  • 180g Tahini paste.
  •           Salt & Pepper


  • Blend together the seeds into a fine powder
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender, and smash to a fine paste.
  • Season to taste.
