• ¼       Watermelon
  • 80m   Pomegranate molasses, or honey
  • 1          Banana, chopped
  • 2         Strawberries, chopped
  • 20g    Sultanas
  • 20g    Dried Cranberries
  • 100m Yoghurt, Greek
  • 20g    Desiccated Coconut
  •            Sea Salt


  • Cut the watermelon into triangles, so the 1\4 piece can be cut in half again, depending on the size, as you want to be able to pick the slice up with the toppings.
  • Arrange the banana, strawberries, sultanas, cranberries in any order on top of your pizza slice.
  • Dribble on a little of the molasses, though be careful as it is sour.
  • Fill a sauce bottle with the yoghurt, and draw multiple lines over each pizza slice with the yoghurt.
  • Finish off with a sprinkle of the coconut (looks like cheese)
