Multicultural Workshops

Bubble Muffin™ recognizes the numerous multicultural communities living throughout Australia. It is our goal, through these programs to share with you the amazing variety of foods and ingredients we all have access to throughout this land. Specifically the wonderful bounty of foods indigenous to Australia, sometimes referred to as “Bush Tucker”. Unfortunately, the knowledge of these amazing foods is little known or appreciated by the majority of the population. Bubble Muffin™ intends to change this bringing you the learning of thousands of years.

The Bubble Muffin™ Multicultural workshops are a demonstrative style format which are designed to teach you, the audience about foods which are indigenous throughout Australia, how to prepare and how to cook them. Our Multicultural workshops focus on:

  • Understanding & recognising local indigenous foods
  • Utilisation of indigenous ingredients
  • How to cook local foods
  • Sourcing and harvesting Indigenous foods
  • Lateral thinking.

The team is constantly searching and learning about foods throughout the over 500 nations of this land. Then testing and experimenting to find new ways to incorporate these vitamin rich foods into your daily diets.

The Multicultural workshops provide you with a 45 minute show that is suitable for:

  • Retail Centres - Food Activation Programs
  • Primary Schools– Incursion, Holiday Programs
  • Agricultural Shows / Festivals
  • Indigenous Communities

Audience size is only limited by the venues space restriction, the Multicultural workshops are suitable for audiences of 100+ or can be scaled down for a conservative audience of 10. Workshop formats are tailored to suit the requirements of our customers’ needs which in many cases vary significantly, whilst maintaining the integrity of Bubble Muffins™ goals.

The Multicultural workshops are also designed to conform with the requirements of special needs learning centres. For further information on this or one of our other workshops hit the link and let us know what interests you.
